Monteblanco is a Pink Bourbon produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia in Colombia. It has been processed using the cold fermented/washed method.
In the cup we taste Lemongrass, Mint, Watermelon, and describe it´s character as herbal
In general, we use a ratio of 15:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 93°.
