Gakenke is a Red Bourbon produced by 1780 smallholders living in Gatara in Burundi. It has been processed using the washed method.
In the cup we taste apricot, black tea, citrus, and describe it´s character as Bright
In general, we use a ratio of 15:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 95°.
