When Public Order makes recipes for a coffee, they are provided. Please note that these recipes are specific to the barista´s equipment and preferences, and should be adjusted to your setup.
Public Order uses reverse osmosis filtered water of around 10ppm, grinds on a Ditting 807 lab sweet, and brews on ACS Evo Leva, Gina, Orea & Moccamaster.
