La Sirena is a Tabi produced by the Quindio region in Colombia. It has been processed using the Co-ferment method.
In the cup we taste Jasmine, Mango, White Tea, and describe it´s character as Delicate
In general, we use a ratio of 13:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 95°.
