Gachatha is a Ruiru 11, SL28, SL34 produced by Smallholder farmers in Aberdare mountains in Kenya. It has been processed using the washed method.
In the cup we taste black tea, Peach, Tomato, and describe it´s character as Deep, Transparent
In general, we use a ratio of 14:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 90°.
