Kiva is a Canephora, Robusta produced by Kiva Estate in Panama. It has been processed using the Anaerobic, Slow Dried method.
In the cup we taste Raisin, Soursop, Truffle, and describe it´s character as Full
In general, we use a ratio of 16:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 92°.
