Las Palmas is a chiroso produced by Brayan Alvear in Colombia. It has been processed using the double fermented method.
In the cup we taste burnt sage, green grape, strawberry cheesecake, and describe it´s character as complex
In general, we use a ratio of 15:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 95°.
