Peñas Blancas is a Gesha produced by Nestor Lasso and Jhoan Vergara in Colombia. It has been processed using the Natural method.
In the cup we taste Bubblegum, Piña Colada, Violets, and describe it´s character as Clean, Deep
In general, we use a ratio of 14:1 for this coffee, and temperature around 80°.
